Used to be better

When this worked, it was fine. Then something happened (either update from Parallels or some other issue) and the quality and performance was horrible (nothing changed on my network). In addition, there have been no new features in quite a while.

I pay quite a bit of money for my subscription, but all my requests for assistance have gone unanswered.

In addition, there is absolutely no support for the iPad Pro 12.9", it still uses old style keyboard and resolutions.

Also, most Adobe apps, especially Dreamweaver, do not work properly when accessed via parallels (although they work fine when accessed by VNC apps).

Unless I see an update, I will most likely not renew
