Pure CRAP

Jacked up the resolution on my monitors, putting them out of range so that I couldnt even see anything, had to restart and change the resolution back manually and re enable 3 of my 4 monitors. I am an IT professional and would not recommend this product to ANYONE. Problems aside, the actual remote functionality is horrible. Use teamviewer.
