Keyboard Problems and No Zoom

I have a Mac computer in the office with Parallels Desktop and Windows installed. The Parallels Access keyboard does NOT work when I log in from my iPad and try to use a Windows program (e.g., MS Word for Windows).

I contacted support. They seem to be oblivious to the problem, but others have documented it online.

Logmein does not have the same problem. It works fine.

The second problem is that you cannot zoom in on text that is hard to read. The app provides three views. The first two change the resolution of your desktop, but are otherwise ok. The third view allows you to see the full computer screen. But you cant zoom in! Text is too small.
