Great App but needs work on Windows Host problems

Works great with Mac but has problems going from iPad Pro to Windows. Latest release of iTunes Windows freezes and crashes when drop down menu windows are accessed. After a multitude of emails with support I got no where. I submitted all requested numbers several times and explained in detail how to recreate the problem and finally gave up.

The latest release of this app does work somewhat better but still has issues.
